ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING SESSIONS: For those clients who need more supervised instruction, require the utmost in privacy and attention to detail. Redemption Fitness offers 1 on 1 training. This option is ideal for those who:
Are considered obese and lead a mostly sedentary lifestyle
Have little to no previous strength training experience
You have been referred by a doctor, chiropractor, or other medical professional
You require detailed instruction and closely supervised practice
You prefer the additional privacy of 1:1 training
The beauty of this program is that, just like group training, I will come train you in the comfort and privacy of your own home, and you have no fear of failure in front of others. There will be no other people to make you feel uncomfortable, no need to feel inadequate or out of place and you get 1:1 time with me. You will receive a FREE assessment where we can discuss your concerns, strengths and areas for improvement. From there you will get an individualized training program that I will go through with you, step by step, exercise by exercise as you gain confidence, knowledge and strength.
GROUP SESSIONS: Redemption Fitness offers small group training which gives clients the benefits of working in a supportive group setting. When people start exercising in a group, they establish relationships and make friends with other people in the group — helping them become regular participants in the activities. Group sessions are great for clients who might not be comfortable with a 1 on 1 training session. Like the 1 on 1 training sessions I will come to you!
HIGH INTENSITY BOOTCAMP: Redemption fitness designs boot camps to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1-hour period of time. Built on three fundamentals of training—cardio, strength, and agility—boot-camp workouts require little more than your body weight to get results. By stringing together exercises like jumping jacks, push-ups, and squats into circuits that go from one move to the next with little or no rest in between, these workouts turn your body into a fat-burning machine.
